 The lower level is comfortably set up with an enormous family room that includes a gas fireplace, and a wet bar/serving area for family and entertaining.   The theater room includes features that provide optimal viewing from all seats.  The fourth bedroom is tucked away in the corner with a full bath and linen closet.
