*"MADISON, Wis. - The University of Wisconsin football team (9-3) ended its regular season last Friday with a victory over Hawaii and as a result, moved up to No. 21 in the AP Poll and No. 20 in the USA TODAY/Coaches' Poll. The triumph gave UW its sixth nine-win season under head coach Barry Alvarez. The Badgers were previously 24th in the AP Poll and 22nd in the Coaches'. Southern California (11-0) remained the nation's top-ranked team.
