North Ridge Estates Subdivision, Waunakee

We have currently built homes on all our lots in North Ridge Estates Subdivision.

North Ridge Estates will consist of approximately 90 acres located on the Village of Waunakee’s North side.  There are two parks within the subdivision with bike/walking trails connecting them.  A 2.76 acre neighborhood park lies along Badger Lane and a community park is located along North Ridge Drive.

There are 165 residential lots within North Ridge Estates.  Lots 10 and 43 will consist of 38 owner occupied condominium units.

 

North Ridge Estates is in the Waunakee School District and Prairie Elementary School is located on Madison Street.  Waunakee school info can be seen at Waunakee Schools.

North Ridge Estates is located on The Village of Waunakee’s north side.  North Ridge Estates is bordered by Madison Street to the west and Easy Street to the North. The main entrance is off of Madison Street.
