• Bid

• Building Contract

• Roofing type, color, siding type, color, brick, Selected and Ordered

• Fixtures, Electric Fixtures, Windows, Colors, Flooring Selected and Ordered

• Kitchen Features and House Appliances Selected and Ordered

• Bathroom Features Selected and Ordered

• Wood trim and cabinets Selected and Ordered

• Excavation

• Foundation, Basement walls

• Rough Framing and Carpentry

• Roof

• Windows Installed

• Rough Plumbing and Gas Line

• Rough HVAC

• Rough Electric

• Siding

• Insulation

• Drywall (sheetrock)

• Paint

• Driveway and Concrete

• Flooring (tile, vinyl, ceramic)

• Cabinetry installations

• Trim and finish carpentry work

• Counter top installations

• Finish Plumbing, HVAC, Electric

• Carpeting

• Landscaping (underground sprinkling system)

• Inspections, Plumbing, HVAC, Electric, Building

• Inspect painting/touch up

• Clean up

• Close on Building Contract

 *A note on change orders:

 Any change from the original contract and original selected and ordered choices made will be considered a change order.  Once you have made your decisions, and items have been ordered, you must realize that changing your mind will likely add additional costs and cause delays.  Change orders must be in writing signed by owner and builder before work is performed
