Jim. As you may recall, we closed on our home at 612 Stonefield Way in Mt. Horeb early in May.  The entire process went very smoothly.  You answered all of our questions prior to the sale and we really appreciated it when you personally met with us at the house.  The closing went very smooth as well.  Now that we have been in our home for a few months, I would like to tell you how happy we are.  We just love it.

"I would like to take this opportunity to share my experience of having Jim Bourne build my house.  From the first time my husband and I met with Jim about building, I sensed we would have a positive experience.  I was instantly impressed by Jim's visible joy and excitement about building.  Jim showed us around a house he was in the process of building.  As he pointed out the features of the house, it was clear that he was proud of the home.  I knew if he was proud of that home he would strive to be proud of all the homes he built.

My husband and I are first-time homeowners.  As such, we have not had the experience of building in the past.  However, I have spoken with many friends and have heard horror stories about building homes.  The story seems to be a common one- after the house closing, after the builder has the money, you're on your own.  This has not been our experience.  Jim has continued to answer our questions and address any concerns we might have.

 

While I love my home, if I should decide to build again, I would not hesitate to have Jim Bourne build my next home."
