COTTAGE   A very desirable lake cottage on its own right, and grandfathered with a set back from the lake of only 28 feet!   This small cottage built in the 1920s was expanded in the 70s into a ski lodge or chalet type open loft concept.  Design allows for three nice sized bedrooms (two open on the loft) and back storage which has been used as another sleeping area, a family room, open kitchen, and a full bath make up this cozy cottage which is also wrapped by a wooden deck.   A previous owner had a family member with a heart condition, so an electric tram was installed to take people and supplies up and down the hill.  It sure comes in handy, and kids absolutely love it. As an added bonus, the cottage comes furnished! This cottage is technically on a separate lot, has its own well and septic.      INFORMATION Lake Tomahawk is a 3,392 acre lake, 84 feet deep at its deepest point, with sand and gravel beaches, and great, clear water.  It is the largest lake on the highly desirable and famous seven lake Minocqua chain.    Boaters can freely go among lakes, no locks, and no restrictions.  The fishing is great right off the pier!  There is a sand bar out a few hundred feet.
